This Juneteenth, I’m celebrating more than history. I’m celebrating the freedom to choose peace, protect my energy, receive support, and come back to the woman I’m still becoming.

Healing out loud isn’t always pretty. Sometimes it sounds like boundaries. Sometimes it sounds like exhaustion. And sometimes it sounds like a woman finally saying, “Enough.”

Sometimes the fear you feel isn’t weakness — it’s power waking up. It’s the divine in you stretching, rising, shaking your old self loose. And yes, that kind of becoming is terrifying… but it’s also holy.
